When the owner of the brand, Magda, contacted me with a proposal of working together I knew that the two of us can create something very special. The world of collage and its stories found use in yet another exceptional item. I think that there is no greater joy for an artist than the possibility of touching an object that was once only a visualisation in their mind and then their computer screen.
I created this unique plant design which is meant to express women’s effortlessness, simplicity, and freedom - the essence of Miss Liberté brand. The kimono itself is light as a feather, very nice to touch and reminds me of our mothers and grannies who had similar housecoats that accompanied them for years.
